Program Overview

Organizations don’t change; people do.

Today’s leaders are navigating in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world (oftentimes called a VUCA world) where disruptive change is unprecedented and will only increase. Their organizations will either rise to meet the challenge or they will stall.

This workshop will provide participants with a deep understanding of the role of the leader in organizational transition as well as the tools and processes the leader needs to analyse, design, implement and sustain organizational change.

The Leading Organizational Transition workshop is highly practical using real life organizational changes as the springboard to learning.
