Coaching, Mentoring, Feedback, and Teaching are all Generative tools in that they exponentially grow the capabilities of all employees. It is through effective coaching that leaders develop the critical thinking skills of employees and develop employees’ intrinsic motivation to try new things, make new discoveries, make decisions, and learn from their decisions.

Format
2 days in class
4 month sustainment plan
