Andrew has worked extensively with executive teams, boards, and leadership groups in Canada, and the US in a variety of industries including technology, forestry, manufacturing, retail, finance, education, hospitality, farming, and insurance.
Andrew’s experience is supported by a Masters degree in Educational Psychology, an Honours degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Bachelors degree in Applied Psychology. He is a certified mediator and Emotional Intelligence facilitator.
